Expleo is implementing new tools for finance and procurement teams such as invoice digitalization, credit risk management, subcontracting management. These tools are interfaced with the ERP systems.

We are looking for an application manager that will take the responsibility of these applications after implementation.

Mission

  • Act as point of contact between business stakeholders and IT.
  • Monitor and maintain these tools.
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution by reviewing issues and providing relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage more complex technical issues with global support teams and third parties.
  • Ensure proper planning of integrations and interfaces (not already implemented) with global support teams.
  • Ensure any issues on interfaces and data are channeled through global support teams.
  • Maintain the data model for the Application landscape.
  • Ensure that new systems and changes are properly tested and tracked in ITSM tool.
  • Responsible of support efficiency for tools under your responsibility.
  • Coordinate analysis and resolve issues on all system upgrades and changes.
  • Create and oversee protocols and procedures for the use of the tools.
  • Perform end-user training and support.
  • Report on the progress of operational issues to senior management, end users and stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and contractors to ensure performance expectations and customer satisfaction.

Profil

  • Degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of implementation and user support principles and practices
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Knowledge of Project management principles
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a global IT support team

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and French
