• Support by its expertise the ATN1 technical agents to solve quickly tickets getting dealer’s technical agent full satisfaction 
• In case of issue escaladed by ATN1 technical agent without solution, escalade the issue to ATN2 experts. Be the single contact of ATN2 agent of the domain for the ATN1 group. 
• Take the lead of difficult tickets or escalated tickets 

Training :  

• Be trained on new vehicle launch or new technologies of the domain 
• Train ATN1 technical agent of the platform on the new product, new technologies, 

• Good communication
• Master’s Degree in Engineering
