Ticket management :

• Support by its expertise the ATN1 technical agents to solve quickly tickets getting dealer’s technical agent full satisfaction 
• In case of issue escaladed by ATN1 technical agent without solution, escalade the issue to ATN2 experts. Be the single contact of ATN2 agent of the domain for the ATN1 group. 
• Take the lead of difficult tickets or escalated tickets 

Training :  

• • Be trained on new vehicle launch or new technologies of the domain 
  • Train ATN1 technical agent of the platform on the new product, new technologies 

• Curious about future mobility and new technologies. 
• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Electronics-Automation / Software Engineering or Embedded Systems Architecture / Electrical Engineering. 
• With at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems for automotive / EE and MUX architecture. 
• Good knowledge of embedded electronics and calculator architecture (SOC, DMIPS, ROM, FLASH..) as well as automotive embedded network & communication protocols. 
• Proficiency in embedded software development with knowledge of resource utilization (CPU, memory management..). 
• Passionate about seeking answers and analyzing complex systems, with the ability to synthesize collected data with a critical mind and to be pedagogical in your presentations.
