Team management :

• Manage the team of technical consultant of a commodity in order to achieve the KPIs of the deliveries.
• Manage the workload (incl presence at work) within the team and escalate to platform manager in case of issues (overload, crisis, new launch…).
• Evaluate the skills of the team, organize trainings and skills improvement.
• Set up daily meeting within the group based on RPO standard (management control).

Reporting :

• Report to unit delivery leader and market leader and escalade in case of organization / workload / facilities issues.
• Contribute to market leader monthly meeting.

• >5 years network dealer experience or automotive industry Team management.
• Management control.
• Escalation Ability to report - KPI oriented (survey limit, targets).
• Good written and oral communication in the dealer’s language (Cross-cultural communication) and English &/or French.
• Reporting and synthesis skills Relational ease and self control Problem solving methods (5 whys, Ishikawa…) Language : common language of the team + English and/or French.
