• Manage all the stakeholders working on the project for Kaizen topics
• Ensure the project’s report to top Management
• Manage the technical teams in terms of product and process
• Manage the Decision Making Process for the whole project and realize synthesis file/presentation for the cross functions topics
• In charge of the Modification Making Process for the whole perimeter
• In charge of the design robustness
• Manage the Quality team
• Prepare the quality gates according to CUSTOMER standard (quality grid, quality assessment)
• In charge of the vehicle Quality convergence

• Engineering degree with a similaire experience of at least 3 years in the automobile sector 
• Good communication (frensh , english),
• Good knowldge of kaizen and lean manufacturing
